Are your courses certified?

Yes. Our courses are certified by the Content Marketing Association (CMA). All participants will receive a certificate from the CMA and Future Forward Training after successful completion of the course. Established in 1993, the CMA is the global industry association for marketing, publishing, advertising and social agencies, and hosts the prestigious International Content Marketing Awards in London annually. Do you offer in-house training?

Yes we do! To request a proposal, email us at hello@futureforwardtraining.com or call +971 4 437 5770. We’ll send you a brief questionnaire to fill out and get back to you with a proposal within 24 hours.

Are group discounts available?

How do you choose your venues?

We host our training in modern, inspiring workspaces, as opposed to traditional hotels meeting rooms. Think GooglePlex or WeWork!

How do you choose your trainers?

We are committed to delivering engaging and insightful training that will help you deliver business results, which is why we select trainers based on their level of knowledge as well as their practical experience working with global brands. Our trainers are not academics but real-world experts, many of whom are well-known in their respective fields.

How do you create your course agendas?

We believe the Middle East is a region that strives to be on the cutting-edge of current global best practice, but has its own unique characteristics. Therefore, we combine the material of our global expert trainers with content based on research in the local market. Our first objective is always to equip our students with real-world tools and implementation plans that will help them achieve tangible results for their businesses.

Is there parking?

Yes, we only select venues with ample free parking.

How big are your class sizes?

We limit our class sizes to 15 participants – small enough for personalized attention but large enough to bring varied experiences into the room. We don’t allow more than 4 people from the same organisation into any one class to maintain a balanced agenda. If you wish to book a course for more than 4 people from your company, we recommend that you look at an in-house training option.

What is the format?

The format is approximately 60% tuition and 40% interactive hands-on practical exercises.

What do I need to bring?

For the majority of our courses, you’ll need to bring a laptop and your mobile phone to get full value from the course. For all of our courses, you’ll want to bring your enthusiasm to learn the latest digital marketing best practice.

How do I apply for a visa?

If you need a visa you should coordinate with the venue hotel as early as possible. The following countries have free visa-on-arrival travel to the UAE.

For other countries, visas can take several weeks, so register early and contact the hotel as soon as possible to avoid issues. Future Forward Group FZE accepts no liability for visa denials of processing delays.

How do I request a brochure?

What time does the training course start and finish?

All of our courses begin at 9:00am and finish at 4.00pm each day. Registration will start at 8:30am and we’ll be there to welcome you with a hot drink and a smile.

Are meals included?

Of course! Lunch, morning refreshments, afternoon refreshments, tea and coffee are all included.

Will I get a certificate at the end of the training program?

Definitely. All attendees will receive a certificate from the CMA and Future Forward Training on the final day of the training after successful completion of the course.

What methods can I use to pay?

Payments are accepted by bank transfer, company cheque or Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card.

Do you really offer a no-risk, money-back guarantee?

Yes, we do. We are confident that we provide high-value digital marketing training that will deliver massive ROI. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the training, inform us by the end of the first day to claim your money back – 100% of it. Read the Terms & Conditions for full details.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event that you need to cancel due a change in circumstances, we suggest you substitute for a colleague instead, there is no charge if you need to do this.

However, if this not a viable option, you will receive a refund of your registration fees, with the following conditions: (i) If you cancel your registration at least 42 days before the event, you are subject to an administration charge equivalent to 10% of the total amount of your fees (+ VAT if applicable). The full amount of your fee remains payable if your cancellation is 41 days or less before the event or if you fail to attend the event. If a cancellation changes the applicability of a multi registration discount, the lowest value registration will be cancelled first.
