He prides himself on taking a user-centric, analytical approach to design, development and optimisation of websites and apps. He is passionate about helping businesses understand how the user experience could be improved – passionate to the point that merely consulting and training in UX is not enough. He’s also part of the organising team of one of the biggest UX conferences in the UK, UX Camp Brighton. He has written a book on using an analytics-first approach to UX called “Researching UX: Analytics.”

Luke is a highly sought-after trainer who repeatedly runs his UX training at leading SEO conference, Brighton SEO, and has contributed to several well-known digital marketing websites including e-Consultancy, UX Booth and Conversion XL.

Luke firmly believes in combining qualitative and quantitative research to get a well-rounded picture of user experience, reviewing website analytics data, such as Google Analytics, alongside user testing and research. He looks forward to sharing this approach in his training.
